Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to correct pricing or description errors.
- Product images are for illustration; actual product may vary slightly in colour due to screen settings.
- Discounts (including online-payment discounts and coupon codes) are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- Content on this site is the property of Aevorix and may not be reproduced without permission.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: name, phone, email, and delivery address.
How we use your data
- To process, ship, and provide support for your order.
- To send order updates via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- With your consent, occasional offers (you can opt out any time).
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers — these are handled by the payment gateway under PCI-DSS standards.
Sharing
We share data only with delivery partners and the payment gateway to fulfil your order. We never sell your data. Order details are stored in our order-management system (Google Sheets) accessible only to authorised staff.
To request deletion of your data, email us.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take longer.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499; a flat ₹49 applies below that.
- A tracking update is shared once your order is dispatched.
- If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
Returns & Refund Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back before we confirm.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we arrange a free replacement or full refund — share an unboxing photo/video where possible.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- For prepaid orders the paid amount is refunded; for COD orders the refund is issued via UPI/bank transfer.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be borne by the customer; for defective items, by us.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned per the Returns policy above.
- Prepaid cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
